Arrival at the hotel between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm.
For late arrivals (after 10:00 p.m.), you must contact the hotel by telephone on the day of arrival. Otherwise, if the hotel has not been able to set up a specific procedure for late arrivals, it may consider the reservation cancelled for no-show, and the cancellation conditions may be applied.
The hotel will be entitled to re-let the room.
Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival!
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your arrival, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show at the hotel, a minimum of one night will be charged.
In application of article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code concerning exceptions to the right of withdrawal from a sale, the customer booking a hotel room does not have the legal right of withdrawal period of 14 days. The sale is firm.
